I call this recipe The Ultimate Cinnamon Rolls wit I call this recipe The Ultimate Cinnamon Rolls with Vanilla Cream Cheese Frosting because it is the very best one that I make. Forever reliable and always delicious, it produces 9 soft and pillowy spirals with just the right balance of sugar and spice.⁣

Inspired by memories of break time treats at my secondary school, I am so impressed with this recipe that I might even say it betters its original source material – but since modesty forbids me to say that, I shall resist the temptation.⁣

If you're missing a sugar and spice treat from your favourite coffee shop during lockdown, give this recipe a whirl.
Pet owners rejoice! I give you my Wheat-Free Dog T Pet owners rejoice! I give you my Wheat-Free Dog Treats...This recipe is delightfully simple and cheap - costing less that 30p for a batch of 70+ small treats.⁣
⁣
As anyone with multiple hounds will tell you, good quality dog treats are expensive to buy. We're all trying to reduce our shopping down to the bare essentials at the moment; saving cash where we can. Yet we want to make sure our four-legged friends don't miss out.⁣
⁣
I have three spaniels - Basil, Obi and Winston. Spaniels especially respond to reward, so we find ourselves getting through a lot of treats in our house. This recipe produces enough for each dog to have a couple of treats a day for nearly two weeks. Quick, simple and cost-effective.⁣

Well, haven't things changed a bit for us all sinc Well, haven't things changed a bit for us all since I last shared a recipe!?!⁣
⁣
I hope you're all keeping well and staying safe at home. These are peculiar times for us all and maintaining normality has gone out the window somewhat! ⁣
⁣
This is an old recipe from my site and one of the most popular ones. It is cheap and cheerful to make, using ingredients most of us will have in the cupboard. If you don't have any bread flour to hand, this will work with standard plain. In fact, the loaves in this photo were made with plain flour this afternoon and they've worked a treat! I also had 160g of cherry tomatoes which needed using up so I added them to the recipe and reduced the water to 100ml. This is a very forgiving recipe so feel free to play around. It produces two crispy loaves - one of which I will slice and wrap before placing into the freezer for another day.⁣

If you have ever juiced your own fruit and vegetab If you have ever juiced your own fruit and vegetables, you will have wondered what you could possibly do with all there pulp that is leftover at the end...⁣
⁣
My Carrot Cake Cookies make good use of the carrot pulp from my juicer. Because the juicer has removed most of the moisture from the veg, these cookies are buttery, light and soft - never dense.⁣
⁣
So next time you throw together a morning juice, put the carrot pulp to one side and give this recipe a whirl...⁣
